How ordering works

  1. Send your request

    Tell us the products, quantities and your delivery county.

    Build your list below, add your company details and send. A request is not an order, and no payment is taken on this website.

  2. We email your quote in EUR

    We read your request and reply by email. If a detail is missing, we will ask you first.

    Your written quote lists each product and quantity and states clearly whether VAT and delivery are included.

  3. You confirm

    Tell us you want to go ahead with the quote.

    Reply to our email to accept the quote, or ask us to change it. Your order is confirmed only when you have accepted the quote in writing and we have confirmed your order by email.

  4. Pay by bank transfer

    We email a pro forma invoice with our bank details.

    Pay from your bank, using the payment reference on the invoice. Our bank details appear only on our written quote and invoice. We do not accept card payments and we do not ask for card details.

  5. We prepare and deliver

    Once we confirm your payment, we prepare your order.

Step 2 of 3 Your details

Your email app will open with your request filled in. Nothing is sent until you send the email.

Fields marked required are needed to prepare your quote. Nothing is sent to us until you send the email from your email app. We keep requests that do not lead to an order for up to 24 months from the last contact. How bank transfer works

  1. You receive a pro forma invoice by email. It shows our bank details and a payment reference.

  2. You pay from your bank. Use the payment reference so we can match your payment.

  3. We confirm we have received it. We let you know by email.

  4. We prepare and deliver your order. Delivery terms are set out in your quote.

Stay safe: our bank details appear only on our written quote and invoice. We do not accept card payments and we never ask for card details. If you receive a message saying our bank details have changed, do not reply to it and do not pay: contact us first using a phone number or email address you already know.
