Terms of Sale

1. Who we are and who these terms are for

BuonoPack Ireland is a trading name of BUONOCAFFE LIMITED, a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland under company number 805004. Registered office: 2 Aspen Park, Swords, Dublin, K67 TN60. Email: sales@buonopack.ie.

BuonoPack Ireland supplies and distributes clear PET cans, aluminium cans, aluminium lids and a benchtop can sealing machine.

We sell to businesses only. These terms apply to sales to businesses acting in the course of their trade. We do not sell to consumers. When you request a quote, please give your company name.

A copy of these terms is attached to every quote, so you can save and print it.

2. Quotes, orders and contract

Prices are on request. Any information on this website is an invitation to request a quote, not an offer.

A contract is made when you accept our written quote in writing and we confirm your order by email. Each quote is valid for 14 days from its date.

3. Prices and payment

Quotes are in euro (EUR) and state clearly whether VAT and delivery are included.

Payment is by bank transfer before delivery. We do not accept card payments.

Our bank details appear only on our written quote and invoice, not on this website. If you receive a message saying that our bank details have changed, please contact us through a channel you already know before making any payment.

4. Delivery and risk

We deliver to the delivery address in Ireland stated in your order. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to that address.

Delivery dates given in a quote are estimates.

5. Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to you only when we have received payment in full.

6. Inspection, complaints and returns

Please inspect the goods when they arrive and tell us of any shortage or visible damage within 7 days of delivery.

PET cans, aluminium cans and aluminium lids cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons. Quality complaints about cans or lids need evidence and the batch number.

We accept returns only of cans or lids that were defective when they left the factory or that were damaged in transport arranged by us, and only with our prior written agreement (a return authorisation). Goods that are in good condition are not accepted back.

7. Warranty for the Can Sealing Machine

We give a 12-month warranty on the Can Sealing Machine from the date of delivery, covering parts and labour: we repair the machine or replace the faulty part, where we establish that the fault is a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or use with cans or lids that are not compatible with the machine. Please contact us before returning a machine.

8. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones attached to your quote.
